Start your training year the right way with a randori session at Holbrook Judo Club.
Court Lane players are invited to attend a session on Saturday 9 January, as always the session will run from 10 – 12 noon in Gym 1 at Brune Park Community School.
Mat fee is £5.00.
This is a great opportunity to get some mat time before the first competition of the year.
Hopefully you have had a good Christmas and New Year break.

The first competition is only three weeks away…
Danny Murphy, coach at the Budokwai and former Hampshire squads manager, will be running a training session at Holbrook judo Club this Saturday, 5 December. As always, Court Lane players are welcome to attend.
The session will run from 10 to 12 noon at Holbrook Judo Club, Brune Park School in Gosport.
There will be a £5 mat fee.
The final training date for this year will be Thursday 17 December.
The Club will reopen on Tuesday 5 January, ready to work off those mince pies and turkey!
Court Lane players are again invited to attend a training session at Holbrook Judo Club this Saturday.
The session will be led by Naomi Favell. There are comparatively few female coaches so this is a great opportunity, especially for our girls, to get a different perspective on Judo.
The session will run from 10 – 12 noon at Brune Park School, Military Road, Gosport. There is a £5 mat fee.

When we come back we will be starting to prepare for the next gradings – to be scheduled for end November, beginning of December.

Court Lane players are once again invited to train with Holbrook Judo Club:
All sessions run from 10 – 12 noon at Holbrook Judo Club, Brune Park School, Military Road, Gosport.
Players looking for extra practice for the autumn competitions announced earlier, or hoping to visit Royan next year, should try to attend these sessions.
Due to the current inclement (horrible, atrocious…) weather, there will be no outdoor training session tomorrow, Tuesday 25 August.
As school recommences on Tuesday 1 September, there will be no training that night.
Judo will recommence on Thursday 3 September – see you back on the mat!
