Following the announcement of grading dates, players may find the following online resources useful. Please note that these are built around the whole grade, as required for adult kyu grades; juniors need to select the elements they need for their mon grades.

God luck to all those grading next week.

Gradings begin as soon as we return after the half term break – Tuesday 4 November.
When presenting yourself for your grading, please make sure you have the following:
An in date BJA licence
Your record book
Your judo diary
The correct grading fee – under 8s, £7.50; 8 and over, £10.00.
We may ask you in either English or Japanese, to demonstrate techniques, translate words etc.
Take this opportunity to refresh yourself on what you have already passed, as we can – and do! – revisit this sometimes in your grading. Don’t forget, there is a personal choice element to each grade – you select the techniques that you want to show us, which should be different to what we have asked you to demonstrate. These could be from a lower or higher grade.
Good luck!
